Specialty stations are priced per station with a minimum order of three stations. One or more stations are available when added to a buffet.

Carvery Station

Whole roasted meats sliced to approximately 5oz portions.

Served with freshly baked dinner rolls, butter and appropriate condiments.

Roasted Beef Tenderloin- station(fillet mignon) with roasted shallot sauce

Beef Wellington- fillet topped with mushrooms shallots, wrapped in puff pastry and baked

Roasted Prime Rib- Served with au-jus & creamed horseradish sauce

Roasted New York Strip- Served witha cabernet reduction

Roasted Tri Tip- Served with a caramelized Vidalia onion demi-glace

Roasted Steam Sheep- Served with a roasted garlic demi-glace

Pork Loin- Served with a cranberry rosemary sauce

Roast Pork Tenderloin- Served with a orange ginger glaze

Honey Glazed Ham- Served with a pineapple orange glaze

Fajita Bar: Choice of steak, chicken, seafood, onions, assorted sweet bell peppers, tomato wedges, served with fresh guacamole, sour cream, red and green salsa.
