Corporate Menus are available for events Monday through Friday from 6 am to 4 pm: 100 minimum meals required.
We request a 72-hour notice for orders but we strive to make all last-minute requests work. We arrive and set up your buffet within 30 minutes of your scheduled service time. Please let us know if you have circumstances that need additional set up times. Corporate catering pickups are generally scheduled between 1 to 2 hours after scheduled service time. All pickup requests after 3 pm may incur additional fees. Minimums required for delivered orders. Orders canceled less than 24 hours are subject to cancellations fees. TYPES OF DELIVERY AND SERVICE
Drop Off:
Food delivered on disposable platters, bowls and in aluminum hot food containers. Hot beverages will be delivered in disposable thermal dispensers. Soft drinks and bottled waters will be chilled, includes disposable plates, paper napkins and cutlery.
Deliveries only with disposable chafers that help keep the food stay hot longer, includes disposable plates, paper napkins and cutlery.
Complete Buffet Setup:
Tabletop linen, chafing dishes, baskets, nice serving platters, bowls and serving utensils along with disposable plates, paper napkins and cutlery. Professional staff is available for any event with appropriate lead time. We recommend one or more attendants on events with an excess of 50 guests. Chinaware, flatware, glassware and upgrades to acrylic are available.
