Alfaro catering offers exquisite, beautiful culinary displays with meals that taste as great as they look. Providing services in the Inland Empire, Orange County and Los Angeles County. We provide you with quality meals, impeccable service at an excellent value.
Corporate
We request a 72-hour notice for orders but we strive to make all last-minute requests work. We arrive and set up your buffet within 30 minutes of your scheduled service time. Please let us know if you have circumstances that need additional set up times. Corporate catering pickups are generally scheduled between 1 to 2 hours after scheduled service time. All pickup requests after 3 pm may incur additional fees. Minimums required for delivered orders. Orders canceled less than 24 hours are subject to cancellations fees. Two Tabletop linen for buffet tables, chafing dishes, baskets, nice serving platters, bowls and serving utensils along with single use plates, paper napkins and cutlery. All packages include Ice water and Ice tea served in beverage dispensers with clear plastic cups.
Two Professional staff will be in attendance during the food service. Food Service time is 2 to 2.5 hrs.
