All menus are priced per person. Minimums required for some menus. For events with a guest count below 100, there will be an additional charge per person.


Standard Buffet Set Up:

Two Tabletop linen for buffet tables, chafing dishes, baskets, nice serving platters, bowls and serving utensils along with single use plates, paper napkins and cutlery. All packages include Ice water and Ice tea served in beverage dispensers with clear plastic cups.


Two Professional staff will be in attendance during the food service. Food Service time is 2 to 2.5 hrs.


Additional Services Offered:

Chinaware, flatware, glassware and upgrades to acrylic are available.

We recommend Three or more attendants on events with an excess of 100 guests.
